I have already lost about 10 pounds, but want to lose another 20 before Christmas. This will put me in a size 14 pant. I have started a walking program with a buddy, who is my husband. We try to talk walks around the Ravine Gardens, at least 3 times a week. We are cutting back on sweets of any kind. No cookies, Twinkie's or ice cream. We are eating more fruit. We are eating more lean meat, such as chicken.
I hope you take inspiration, from what we are doing. Take in account that you CAN have a healthy lifestyle, while eating right and walking.
